German Cabbage Salad
Makes 12 servings
2 bags coleslaw mix
1 large onion, finely diced
1 cup sugar
1 cup oil (grape seed, safflower, or vegetable)
2 tablespoons Kosher salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 cups red wine vinegar
1 bottle mineral water
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Set overnight.
- Serve.
