{Parmesan crusted chicken}
{I served it with my two favorite veggies!}
Parmesan Crusted Chicken
Makes 4 servings
2 pounds chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt & Pepper
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Place chicken in a baking dish.
- Mix remaining ingredients together.
- Spoon Parmesan mixture over chicken.
- Bake for 35 minutes; then turn off the oven and open the door for about 5 minutes.
- Serve.
