1 pie crust
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 stick butter, room temperature
3 eggs
1 tablespoon cornmeal
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla
- Preheat oven to 325
- Cream butter and sugar together.
- Add eggs one by one until incorporated
- Add vanilla, vinegar, and cornmeal
- Pour into pie crust
- Bake 35-40 minutes
