1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
6 oz cream cheese, softened
1 t vanilla
2 cups flour
1/4 t salt
1 cup quick oats
1/2 t baking soda
1 1/2 cups pecans, finely chopped
- Cream first four ingredients.
- Sift together flour, salt and baking soda.
- Mix flour mixture into creamed mixture.
- Stir in oats and nuts.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Roll out cookies
- Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes or until light golden brown.
- Frost with cream cheese frosting if desired.
