Lima Beans in Garlic Butter Sauce
Serves 4
1 pound Lima beans, frozen
1/4 cup chicken or vegetable broth
2 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
- Place Lima beans and broth in a saucepan and heat until steaming.
- Steam beans for 3-5 minutes or until done.
- Add butter and garlic and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.
