Balsamic and Rosemary Grilled Steak
Makes 4 servings
1 1/2 pounds steak
6 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup red wine
1 tablespoon rosemary, chopped
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Place steak in a container suitable for marinating.
- Mix remaining ingredients until combined.
- Pour marinade over steak.
- Allow to marinate overnight.
- Preheat grill.
- Cook steak until desired doneness is reached; discard marinade.
- Serve.
