Chili Spiked Rice
Makes 4 servings
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon chili flakes (less if you don't like it too spicy!)
1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups brown rice, cooked
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add spices and cook for 2-3 minutes or until fragrant.
- Add rice and heat through.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve.
