{Grilled Buffalo Chicken}
{Marinating the chicken with buffalo sauce}
Grilled Buffalo Chicken
Makes 4 servings
2 pounds chicken, boneless and skinless
5 oz Frank's hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Ranch and/or blue cheese dressing, optional
- Place chicken in a container suitable for marinating.
- Mix hot sauce, garlic powder, pepper, and onion powder until well combined.
- Marinate overnight.
- Heat grill.
- Grill chicken until done (time will depend on the cut of chicken you use).
- Serve with ranch and.or blue cheese.
