Lima Beans in Garlic Butter Sauce

I had these at a local restaurant, and my family loved them so much, that we went home and made them the next day.  So simple yet so delicious!

Lima Beans in Garlic Butter Sauce

Serves 4

1 pound Lima beans, frozen
1/4 cup chicken or vegetable broth
2 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
  1. Place Lima beans and broth in a saucepan and heat until steaming.
  2. Steam beans for 3-5 minutes or until done.
  3. Add butter and garlic and cook for another 3 minutes.
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve immediately.
