Steak Marinade
Serves 4
4 steaks (whatever you prefer)
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup lime juice
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
6 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons dried basil
1 1/2 tablespoons dried parsley
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Place steaks in a container to marinate them.
- Mix the remaining ingredients until well-combined.
- Pour marinade over steaks and marinate overnight.
- Preheat grill.
- Grill steaks until they reach your doneness.
